These terms apply when you, as a consumer, buy from mozzoro.com. Mozzoro is based in Norway, and these terms follow the Norwegian Consumer Authority’s standard sales conditions for consumer purchases of goods over the internet. Norwegian consumer law applies to your purchase. If you live in another country, you also keep the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of that country.
1. Seller
Mozzoro is run by Sebastian Brett, Øvreveien 8C, 1405 Langhus, Norway. Email: info@mozzoro.com.
2. The products
Our pieces are made of stainless steel or 18k gold-plated stainless steel, as stated on each product page. Each piece is engraved to order. Product photos are digital previews, so small differences in engraving and colour can occur.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK). At checkout you may be offered the option to pay in your local currency, with the exchange rate shown before you pay. The price at checkout includes shipping. Import VAT or customs fees charged by your own country on delivery are not included; see section 6.
4. Ordering
Your order is binding when you place it. We confirm it by email. Neither of us is bound if the offer or the order contains an obvious typing or pricing error that the other party realised or should have realised.
5. Payment
You pay at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or Klarna. Payments are handled by Stripe and Klarna. Because each piece is made to order, payment is taken when you place the order.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout, including Norway, the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Each piece is made to order, which normally takes 2–5 business days. It is then sent by tracked parcel from our production partner in the Netherlands or, for orders to the United States, from within the United States.
After dispatch, shipping normally takes 2–5 business days within the United States, 3–6 to the United Kingdom, 1–10 within Europe, 5–10 to Canada and 10–15 to Australia and New Zealand. Delivery takes place when you or someone on your behalf receives the parcel, and no later than 30 days after you ordered unless we have agreed otherwise.
Orders to EU countries and the United States are sent from within those regions, so import charges do not normally apply. For other countries, including Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your country may charge import VAT or customs fees when the parcel arrives. These are paid by you and are not included in our prices.
7. Risk
The risk for the goods passes to you when you receive them.
8. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive your order, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing before the deadline, for example by email or with the withdrawal form on our Returns and refunds page.
Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage. We refund what you paid, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice, but we may wait until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them. You may examine the piece as you would in a shop; if it has been handled more than that, we may deduct the loss in value.
9. Delay
If your order is delayed or not delivered and this is not due to you, you may, depending on the circumstances, withhold payment, demand delivery, cancel the purchase and claim compensation under chapter 5 of the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Please contact us in writing.
10. Faults and complaints
If something is wrong with your order, tell us within a reasonable time after you discovered it. A complaint within two months is always in time. The final deadline is two years after you received the goods, or five years if the item is meant to last considerably longer.
If the item is faulty and this is not due to you, you may, depending on the circumstances, choose between repair and replacement, demand a price reduction, cancel the purchase and claim compensation under chapter 6 of the Consumer Purchases Act.
11. Personal data
We only collect the personal data needed to handle your order. See our Privacy Policy.
12. Disputes
Contact us first at info@mozzoro.com and we will try to find a solution. If we do not succeed, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation at www.forbrukertilsynet.no. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
