This policy explains what personal data Mozzoro collects when you visit mozzoro.com or place an order, why, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
Mozzoro is run by Sebastian Brett, Øvreveien 8C, 1405 Langhus, Norway. Sebastian Brett is the data controller. Contact: info@mozzoro.com.
What we collect and why
- Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered. We need this to fulfil the purchase contract with you and to send order updates.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe or Klarna. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the payment and its amount.
- Messages: if you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and handle any complaint.
- Technical data: our web host keeps server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
The legal bases are performance of a contract with you, our legal obligations (for example bookkeeping rules), and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and answering enquiries.
Who we share it with
- Ownprint (the Netherlands), which engraves and ships your order, and the carrier that delivers it: your name, delivery address and contact details.
- Stripe and, if you choose it, Klarna: payment processing.
- Hostinger: hosting of the website and its database.
- Google: our email.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA. When they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as Norwegian bookkeeping rules require, currently five years after the end of the accounting year. Emails are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the shop to work: to remember your cart and to complete checkout. Stripe sets cookies on the checkout page to process payments and prevent fraud. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict or object to our use of it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@mozzoro.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at www.datatilsynet.no.
